Please familiarize yourself with ARTxDECO Nail Studio’s policies below.
I am currently taking bookings through a waitlist process.
General Appointment Info
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment and no later than 10 minutes past. If you arrive past 10 minutes and beyond, services may be affected or cancelled with applicable no-show fees.
A deposit is due for first time clients. Upon establishment of a rebooking routine, deposits may be waived afterwards.
Reschedules and cancellations before 48 hours of scheduled appointments are accepted without fees but please respect my schedule by making changes ASAP and preferably way before the 48 hour mark.
Reschedules and cancellations in the 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment is subject to a 50% of booked services fee. No exceptions
Same day reschedules, cancellations, no-shows/no-call = 100% of fees booked. No exceptions.
Excessive reschedules & cancellations (2+ consecutive reschedules or cancellations) will require deposit-based bookings of 50% until further notice.
Failure to pay cancellation fees will prevent you from booking until it is rectified.
Refrain from bringing children and others with you to the appointment. Only one person is allowed at a time in most instances.
Health & Safety
Must wear a mask for your service regardless of local mandates. The masks is for your protection due to the nail dust that is created during the e-file prep process. If you do not have a mask, a disposable face mask will be provided for $2. The face mask must be worn for the duration of the appointment.
Must not have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks of appointment. Also must not exhibit signs of illness. Appointments are subject to cancellation on the spot and the full service fee assessed if this becomes the case and you will be asked to reschedule.
Wash hands prior to service.
No food during service. Beverages/water OK.
Refrain from excessive cellphone use.
No pets allowed. Service animals OK.
Other Things to Consider…
Cash, Card & Apple Pay Accepted.
Free parking in the lot adjacent to the left of the building.
If you’ve booked nail art, art inspo is due no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. For complex art, consultation and inspo images are due at least one week before the appointment. Inspo can be emailed/text. Consultations can be email/text or in person (if booked).
Ensure you’ve booked all necessary services needed. That means if you need a removal, it must be booked.
